This product, except the case, band, crystal, bracelet, crown, glass, and battery, is warranted by Shopcoolstuff, Inc. to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Shopcoolstuff, Inc.’s liability is limited solely to the repair of the watch if it is returned to our service center. If the watch is not marked water resistant, it is not warranted against moisture or water damage. Even though the watch is marked water resistant, extensive use in water activities such as swimming, diving, or bathing is not recommended. The warranty does not apply to tear or abuse, malfunction and deterioration resulting from accident, negligence and tampering. You will not pay for any additional charge unless additional services are necessary for reasons beyond our control such as accident, misuse, neglect or replacement of parts not warranted such as case, band, crystal, bracelet, crown, glass, and battery.
