Shopcoolstuff.com is able to sell and ship products to customers in the United States Only.
When you place your order(s), we usually pack and ship your order(s) out within 24 hours (next business day) if products you purchased are available in stock.
Shopcoolstuff.com is currently choosing the United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), FEDEX, and the United State Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping carriers. We will use UPS Ground Shipping, FEDEX Ground Shipping or USPS Priority/First Class Mail services to ship and deliver all orders purchased from Shopcoolstuff.com to our customers. If you choose the express delivery (1, 2 or 3 business days), we will use the FEDEX Express service to ship the orders out. Customers from Alaska, Hawaii, and islands belonging to USA will need to pay extra shipping cost. This extra shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the check out process. The delivery time usually takes from 3 to 7 business days in transit time for your orders to reach you.
We will ship your order to your billing address if the billing address and shipping address are different. We will send out an email to make sure you agree to ship to your billing address, so it will delay your order.
Returns Policy
If the returned products are due to our errors such as shipped wrong items, defective products, or broken products while delivery (you must notify us at the time you receive broken items), we are willing to replace your order after we receive your returned products.
The Insurance and shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges of all returns. THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ORDERS.
Returning products to us is very easy. Please perform the following steps:
Pack the items to their origin (such as the box containing the watch, the manual instruction, etc.) when you receive them securely in a box (you can use our original shipping box or use your own box).
Go to web site: https://www.shopcoolstuff.com/returnOrder.asp to generate the returned order form. Print out the returned order form and the shipping labels. Include the returned order form inside the returned package.
Place the shipping labels which are printed in step number 2 on the box.
Ship the returned box to us using any shipping company, such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS. We sugguest you should use the USPS First Class Mail service for less expensive.
We must receive the returned items by Jan. 15, 2008 (for orders from 11/26/2007 to 12/15/2007) or within 30 days (for all orders before 11/26/2007 and after 12/15/2007) of our receipt date (on the packing slip.)
If the returned items cannot reach us by Jan. 15, 2008 (Orders from 11/26/2007 to 12/15/2007) or within 30 days (Orders before 11/26/2007 and after 12/15/2007) after the receipt date, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot send them back to you.
Refunds
We do not accept returns of any item that:

Is not in its original condition, is worn, is damaged, or is missing parts.
If the returned items do not meet the conditions listed above, please do not send them to us because we will not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
When we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund within 7 to 14 business days. The refund will be in the form of the original payment method when you used for purchase. The insurance and shipping & handling fee is non-refundable. If you receive a free shipping promotion, we will deduct that shipping fee from your total amount. THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ORDERS.
