| A: | Yes, We sell all brand new watches that come directly from manufacturer suppliers. We never sell used watches. |

| A: | We get the watches from different suppliers, so we will take the watches from a supplier that provides the lowest prices.
Moreover, We know that the low price is very important to all internet buyers, so we decide to make less profit in order to bring

| Q: | What does it mean "In Stock. Usually ship out within 24 hours" in available field? |
| A: | That means the item is in our stock and we will ship it out within 24 hours. We only sell items that are in our stock. If any items are
out of stock, our system will automatically disable it, and you are not able to add it in your shopping cart. |

| A: | We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express Card, and PayPal system. You can use one of them in order to

| A: | Yes, We ship to all states in United States. However, you have to pay an extra shipping cost if you would like to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and other islands belong to the United States because the shipping fee to these areas is higher than that to 48 continental states in USA.

| A: | As we say on our website, we usually ship your order out within 24 hours. It takes us a little bit time to prepare your order
and schedule for shipping. |

in our website. Then click "Get Receipt" hyperlink. It will ask you to enter your order number and your email address that
you used to order from us. After enter your order number and your email address, please click "Get Receipt" button. You will
receive a copy of your receipt within a few minutes via your email. |
| Q: | After I receive my watch, if you do not like it, can I return the watch? |
| A: | Yes, we need to receive your returned watch within 45 days (orders from 11/28/2006 to 12/15/2006) or 30 days (orders before 11/28/2006 and after 12/15/2006) from our shipping date. The watch must be in
the original condition with box, instruction book, guarantee papers, etc. Please view our shipping and return policy

| A: | Returning item(s) back to us is very easy. We have a tool to help you to generate a returned form. Please click "Your Orders" Tab,

| A: | NO, we will NOT ship to an international addresses. |
